🔒 Privacy & Security

Our polls are powered by Google Apps Script and securely store responses in Google Sheets, the same technology behind Google Forms. We've created a custom interface to match our website design while maintaining the security and reliability of Google's infrastructure.

Access is restricted to UCR community members only. You must sign in with your UCR Google account (@ucr.edu) to submit responses. Your email is collected to prevent duplicate submissions and may be used to follow up about events you expressed interest in.

Your responses are confidential and will only be viewed by the Social Committee organizers. Aggregate results (without identifying information) will be shared with the department.
